It's not exactly novel but turning off nearly all notifications has worked really well for me. Some notifications may seem essential and those that can be the most distracting. So no email notifications for me, I'll check when I get the chance. Fewer distractions = higher concentration.
And, as @wilsonbright mentioned: coffee :)

How can I improve my copywriting skills?
I was listening to a podcast today on the importance of copywriting and how it being good at it has positive effects on your business. A lot of us makers, designers and developers aren't always the best writers – myself included. So I'm looking for ways to improve my skills.

Launch UI is a WordPress plugin for teams that want to showcase their app and UI on their marketing site without having to open up their image editing software. Companies and startups still want to stand out from the crowd. If you can bring top-notch design, demand is there. Very early stage companies are always going to be tricky if there's not much budget to be had, you want to meet companies when they're in a growth stage.
When would you buy a Wordpress Theme over using a builder, or have a website made from scratch?

I'd love to get some feedback on my landing page. Currently I'm working on a WordPress plugin for device mockups. Problem: finding good mockup images takes time, and opening up Photoshop and placing screenshots into those mockups takes more time.
