Behavly 2.0 puts AI agents on your follow-up emails. One snippet shows what each person does on your site. Describe the follow-up in plain words and Behavly lays out the path: who enters, the emails, the waits and the branches. It finds patterns like “viewed pricing, didn’t upgrade”, starts paths from product events like a failed payment, and writes every email from what that person did. Heatmaps, a reply inbox with drafted answers, and Claude and ChatGPT access are built in.

Behavly is for products whose users sign up and then go quiet. One snippet records what every signed-in user does (pages, clicks, scroll depth, rage clicks) and works out who they are on its own. Insights turn that into a signup funnel, engaged time, friction and who has gone quiet, with heatmaps painted over your real site.
