Really great, simple, and practical workflow that works nicely on a day-to-day basis. However, I'd strongly suggest allowing a user to visually see what they've checked off during a day in conjunction with what they still have left to do (somewhat like Google Keep). Seeing what you've checked off during a day and still have yet to check off is a huge motivating factor when using todo lists for me.
