
Terrible customer service. I signed up for the app, it was fine, but stopped using it, and a year later got auto-charged even though there was no warning that the charge was upcoming (cool ethics, guys). They will not refund me because it's part of their terms (which some companies will do as a goodwill gesture). So yeah, I just donated a bunch of money to some guy named Sean Kim so he owes me a dinner because this was a lot of money to waste, unknowingly, on a service I'm not even using.
Do NOT give them your credit card. Waste of money and time. Not a great reputation.
