My name is Damira, and I am a participant of nFactorial Incubator 2026, an intensive program for developing your own product in 8 weeks.

Comparing myself to others' profound skills in programming, I chased sport programming, complex algorithms and machine learning, neglecting my true passions and interests. In high school period, full of stress and anxiety about college, I recalled my real reason for learning my first language Python: I wanted to develop games, digital products, experiences that leave something positive behind. My first team project was a game to teach children how to sort rubbish with silly mentor goose. And my recent NeuraVia Research Inc. hackathon project was an AI assistant to help manage and understand medical records in simple words without the need of booking appointments. Not only I've been developing technical skills beyond programming languages, I also cared about projects' ideas, what problem we re solving, and developing progress. Therefore, project management has unintentionally become the part of my career path.
