Support is the most important thing for me, and Augment Code is doing very wrong on this!
Product was promising, but after a lot of issues on payments, they canceled my old subscription with special conditions and now it is not available (only full price plans).
As told in their discord channel i wrote to the support e-mail but after 10 days i'm still waiting for a reply...
Actually i simply switched to Claude Code and all is going fine. This is an important take away for me, to not rely on little company if you have serious business to do...
