I like how Continually can be set to trigger after a set period as it's a personal bugbear of mine when a pop-up offering help appears immediately when you land on a site. Pros: - Easy installation - Very easy to get a birds-eye view of whole conversation flow - Common use-cases (Leads, conversions etc) pre-populated Cons: - Maybe I missed it but I didn't see an option to fork the conversation...
