What school detail is easiest to miss in your family?

Plancove launches tomorrow, and I d love to learn how other families handle the small details buried in school messages. We built it after theme days, forms, and pickup changes kept slipping between inboxes and our shared calendar.

What has your family nearly missed a deadline, something to bring, a payment, or a change of plans? Where did that message arrive: email, school app, PDF, or paper?
