I’m a Brazilian-American entrepreneur residing in the USA, where I co-founded Keepers, LLC. Our team creates talent solutions that allow US-based companies and nearshore professionals to have successful long-term work relationships. Before Keepers, I was a consultant helping Series A and B startups attract and recruit talent. This was the business that led my co-founder and me to realize there was a massive need for remote team integration. This wasn’t always clear to me, but I’m most passionate about positive results, big goals, and creating remarkable moments for the people around me. I’m competitive because competition makes me energized and laser-focused on helping my team and clients achieve our goals.
