I am a solo founder with hands-on experience in IT operations, systems administration, business reporting, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and the day-to-day problems CertPilot addresses. I understand both sides of the problem: maintaining operational records and explaining IT status to non-technical managers. I built CertPilot end to end around that gap, combining technical checks, structured registers, dashboards, alerts, and evidence reports. My advantage is not only technical execution. I understand how lean IT teams actually work: limited time, fragmented tools, spreadsheets, recurring management questions, and pressure to prove that important systems are being managed. That keeps the product focused on practical evidence rather than unnecessary enterprise complexity.
