I failed many times here's why

Hello Product Hunters Today I want to share something personal. In the past, I've tried to build startups many times. This is why I failed: Money was the most important thing I was focused on sales, not on delivery I was always distracted Now I'm trying again to build Zencal.io with the new brand new approach. Let's take a look Client first The most important thing for me now is my client's happiness. Why does that work? Because people like useful people. If you really help someone, they will help you. If you really support someone (without a hidden agenda), they will support you when you need it Delivery is King! If you're good at selling but can't keep your promises, you'll never build strong business relationships. I want to reassure people that they can count on me. I want to be predictable in what I promise. That's why I never promise anything I'm not sure about I'm focused I set myself a goal and I don't start something new until I've finished the previous one. This is something new for me, but it works. I have stopped thinking about the future when I have a clear goal for the present. What do you think? The new approach will give me a good outcome? By the way - I'm during a challenge "1k Twitter followers in 4 weeks". Please leave a follow if you like my content

Do you know a marketing trick that not a lot of people know or use but is really effective?

One marketing trick that I've found to be really effective is using social proof. It could be in the form of customer reviews or testimonials, statistics about the number of people who have used your product, or even influencer endorsements. Do you know any marketing tricks that not a lot of people know but are really effective? I'm always looking for new ideas to try out.

0 to 45K users in 12 months: Our journey 🚀

We wanted to build an AI-powered productivity assistant. Prior to development, we launched a simple email newsletter and landing page to collect leads. We promised daily emails with habit suggestions, which we coded in 5 days. (Check out Insumo 1.0 launch at my Profile) We obtained ~1000 organic leads with launching on Product Hunt, BetaList, and Reddit to generate interest. With the traction gained, we secured a pre-seed funding round from investors. With the funding we launched our iOS app, as our target audience and 80% of paying users are on iOS. We did Performance marketing on Facebook, Snapchat etc and brought in 25K+ more users. With paid traffic also resulting in organic traffic which bumped us to 35K users. We later started playing the SEO game, wrote content in various platforms and mostly on our website www.insumo.io. Kept creating content on social media, created podcasts called "Habit Talks" and kept talking with our active users which helped us to gain 10K users. Our focus was to acquire mostly free users, learn from their behavior and needs, and launch our AI-powered web app. Now We're preparing for the public beta launch of our web app.

How did you validate the need for your startup product?

When we started Sivi, we interviewed various user personas to assess their interest in using AI design tools. When we presented the prototypes, we discovered that business owners and marketers showed remarkable enthusiasm about the product. This validation served as a strong motivation, inspiring us to move forward with the development of Sivi AI. I'd love to hear your experiences and insights.
