What advice would you give someone who is starting their own company?
I wish someone had told me how much time it would take. I was so naive when I started my company, thinking that it would be easy to get off the ground and make a name for myself. What I didn't realize until later is that there's so much work involved in building a business and so many things that can go wrong. I'm grateful for my experience now, but if I could go back and tell myself something...

I think the idea for Grabee https://grabee.com/ came from a desire to make it easier for product teams to get feedback from their users and prioritize that feedback. I'm a huge fan of feedback management. I've used several tools over the years, and I've never been completely satisfied with any of them. The problem is that they're either too simplistic, so they don't give me enough information...

This is such a great point, and I think it's so important to remember that success is not a destination, but rather an event. I love how you used ping pong as an analogy for this, I agree that when you're playing ping pong, your goal isn't to win the game (which is why most people lose). It's just important to set a goal for yourself and then work toward it. That's what makes you successful!
