Agent Collab Kit - Local mailboxes and cooperative leases for AI agents

Coordinate agents on one trusted machine with a small Python standard-library CLI: durable SQLite messages, explicit acknowledgements, idempotency keys and expiring leases for exact resource names. Includes isolated tests and a supervised agent-improvement method. MIT licensed; no cloud, API key or agent framework.
