How do experienced founders handle early subscription churn without overreacting?

Free user growth creates hype, but paid churn brings reality.

When revenue is on the line, you realize most users leave because the product failed to anchor into their daily stack not because a minor feature was missing.

How do you analyze cancellation feedback without letting every churned customer redirect your product roadmap?

Website and library update!

WOW Our first users were cooking since launch!

Below you can find some pictures of the products created during the last week of testing and the first days of our launch, and the outcome is amazing!

Check out the full 3D models, including the B-rep data, in the Library on our website!

But there is more. Autonomyware creates market-ready products. This includes the requirements, the risk analysis, the architecture, and everything a world-class engineering team would create.

When should an AI product ask users to confirm?

One thing I find tricky when designing AI products is deciding when the product should just act and when it should ask the user first.

Asking for confirmation feels safer, especially when AI is making decisions or changing something for the user.

But if every action needs confirmation, the experience quickly becomes annoying. At some point, the user is basically supervising the AI instead of benefiting from it.

I don t think the answer is simply confirm important actions, because what counts as important can depend on the user, the context, and whether the action can be reversed.
