I use Joplin since a month with a tons of notes (exported from Turtl) without any problem ! Pros: There is a big list of features, one of them is file attachment, another is synchro with WebDAV with encryption, export of a note... Cons: An official web app could be good (joplin-web has to be tested: https://github.com/foxmask/jopli...)
