Twenty years of watching companies calculate rebates and sales incentive in spreadsheets and defend the number on faith, so I built the thing I kept wishing existed. You drop the agreement in, it reads it like a controller and shows you what it s sure of and what it isn t, you certify, and a deterministic engine does the math every figure traces back to the invoice row and the clause. The AI never touches the arithmetic. When a contract contradicts itself it stops and asks instead of picking.
