I built Aumbry because I keep seeing the same gap with my patients. I treat patients in the hospital with complex medical conditions, and often put them on a specific diet during their admission — consistent carb, heart healthy, renal diet, etc. But when it comes time to leave the hospital, they simply resume their regular diet.
