Trying to create simple tools that will help people loose weight, no miracles, just simple tools to build habits. please let me know what you think. the new version will have a 6 weeks program, to build the habit of eating slow, drinking water before each meal, the good stuff. How it works? Every time you hear a beep, you can feed yourself then you chew untill the next beep
