Building tiny games with big debates!

About

Software engineer and indie builder. Currently working on At What Point?, a daily browser game where you try to predict where the crowd draws the line. I like building simple products around everyday behavior, social psychology, and ideas people naturally want to debate.

What makes you actually come back to a daily game?

Streaks? Leaderboards? A good reveal? Social comparison? Something else?

I m testing this right now with At What Point?, and I m more interested in whether people actually want to come back the next day than just getting a lot of launch-day traffic.

Curious what the biggest retention hook is for you in daily games.

At What Point? - Guess where the crowd draws the line

At What Point? is a daily browser game where you try to predict people, not facts. Each day, you get 5 questions, guess where you think the crowd will land, then submit your own answer. The next day, the crowd’s median becomes the official result. You see how close your prediction was, how your answer compares with everyone else, and build your streak. It’s part game, part social psychology, and built to spark debate and sharing.
