You can also create campains to follow who opens your email, reads it.

muAnalytics is a chrome extension to get a bird's eye view of your google analytics in a popup in chrome. You can see visitors, sessions, pages views and time on site without going on Google Analytics website.

A graph is also available to see last 30 days sessions.
