We think skills are the DNA of an organisation, so we made them the spine that every module reads from: hiring, performance, succession, workforce planning and payroll. When skills sit at the centre, a skill gap stops being a dashboard and becomes a decision with a number attached. I have watched too many mid-market companies lose real money to invisible skill gaps and guesswork succession while their people data sat scattered across a dozen disconnected tools.
