Long AI conversations are hard to navigate. You end up scrolling endlessly, trying to find something you asked ten messages ago.
Scroll adds a sidebar that shows every turn in your conversation. Click any item to jump between prompts and responses. It works on Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
Toggle it with Cmd+.
Use arrows and Enter to navigate if you prefer.
Switch between seeing all messages or just your prompts.
