Tickets start to be everywhere and all over the place, interface looks busy. Not very intuitive. UI isn’t quite very modern or clean. It does have very mature system, from calendar to dashboard. With a big team and cross departmental, it gets very busy Pros: Has all the functionalities Cons: Not the easiest thing to use when there’s a lot of tasks

Slack also has a lot of good integrations with other softwares make our day-to-day work super easy. The option of free slack also gives the opportunity to connect with people outside of org. Pros: Slack creates an egaging environment for open conversation. Cons: I found the channel threads get quite tricky, convos easily get lost.
