Spreadsheets are best for home budgeting, aren’t they?
I love them too, from all the people I did user research with, 74% said they would prefer spreadsheets over an app.
The only concern everyone had was spreadsheets are often missed to be updated as these are not friendly with small screen sizes, such as mobile. And hence we lose the memory to update the data in the spreadsheets.
