I see where you're going with this but I'm curious about how easily this could actually integrate with more complex systems, I mean what happens when emails just don't get delivered, and can users access those undelivered messages, also, have you thought about adding some analytics to see the response rates or maybe a way to tag and sort different types of responses, just a thought to make it...
