ASCIIfy

Drop in a photo, load a video, or flip on your webcam — every frame gets rendered as a mosaic of characters. You can tweak density, toggle color vs monochrome, and export your output. Why I built it: Always loved ASCII aesthetics but converting things manually was a pain. Wanted something fast and fun to play with. It's available on Gumroad — link in the first comment.
