Cutting entry barrier for early startups

About

Founder of FoundrMatch — a startup recruiting platform connecting early-stage startups with talented developers and professionals through only equity-based opportunities, not salaries. This aims to reduce one of the largest barriers for non-technical founders, which is finding skilled developers willing to work on equity, often to develop an MVP and undergo testing, where through connecting them with a growing market of developers looking for alternative job offers at early startups, this barrier can be reduced, allowing for easeful recruitment.

Networking with web devs of any levels

Hi all,

My name is Aryan. I m an Engineering student based around London. I'm currently working on a software project called FoundrMatch.

To briefly explain the FoundrMatch: this is essentially a platform aiming to help early-stage companies and startup founders (that typically don t have capital to pay workers full salaries just yet) hire different roles on equity, while targeting the growing market of programmers seemingly struggling for employment in a changing tech industry by presenting alternative job offers for equity, rather than a running salary.
I am aware of major difficulties in hiring in a bootstrapped startup, as someone who has managed a promising software startup previously, and therefore believe that a project like this really could reduce a major roadblock in the way of an early-stage company, while helping some web devs find new project with different payment models.
(A basic model of the UI is attached)

I am simply looking to connect with web developers to help develop an MVP to launch to interested initial adopters, which should take no longer than a week and would be happy to discuss any compensation for any time taken.
