Animaker Voice is probably as close as it gets to human-like voice overs! The multilingual option makes it a Global Text to Speech App. Pros: You can add pauses between words or even emphasis on certain words. The coolest part is that you can make whisper voices! Cons: None so far!

I think Google is way ahead in terms of voice - much more than Amazon. Who would've sen this coming? Pros: Amazing Cons: Still needs more development
