Great product. Been a customer for a while and it is actually more convenient in an online context to be able to copy paste your card details during checkout. Especially on mobile

@marco_wirasinghe @sudipshah this is really exciting product! I read through your Privacy Policy and Terms, but couldn't find the answer to the following security concerns I have before I install: 1) how are you able to grab my passwords from google? do they provide an api for this, or are you scraping them from somewhere? 2) how are you actually transmitting my new credit card to these online...

@christinacaci love Paper but the markdown support needs to improve, i cannot convince my engineers to use it. steps to repro: 1. write doc in Paper and export to md 2. save md doc in github repo and view on github.com or 1. write any md doc 2. copy/paste into Paper none of these scenarios work, and i end up having to reformat the whole doc every time. the worst support is around code blocks...

Great job by @lacker @newfosco and the team on the migration tools. I hope your customers appreciate everything you've done ;) I would love to get an angle from someone inside Facebook about why this makes sense for them, and also a word from what competing platforms are thinking at this point. I'm intrigued as to why a negative spin was put on this from a comms perspective; they could have...

*made a typo in the tagline above "Have your app talk to your servers instead when you outgrow Parse, all without shipping a new binary or changing a line of code." Disclosure: Stevie is building http://www.teller.io and this was one of his weekend projects from some time ago. This predates the official migration tools.

Amazing work from the Segment team - congrats to @ianstormtaylor et al I've personally been waiting for this for a long time, finally we get Segment SQL at a cheaper monthly price. If you have ever needed to answer difficult data questions about your business, chances are you need this so you can connect something like Chartio, Looker, Mode or Periscope as a BI tool. Other alternatives I've...

Congrats guys, you've shown amazing progress over the years. This seems too good to be true, and I'm sure it is amazing... Can you describe some of the limitations today (or your biggest feature requests)?

This looks great, we have some distributed team members, we'd love to have a livestream between us and them on our TV at work, would Butterfleye work for this?

We tried HelpScount, Inbox then found Front, and Inbox seemed to be the leanest in terms of features, much more like HelpScout than Front, but leaves a lot to be desired in terms of features. Front was a better fit at least for us

At Try.com, Front not only powers our helpdesk, but we've also hacked it to become a workflow tool for all internal operations. We use it to manage and distribute tasks to all our ops teams, it has enabled us to scale our business significantly. Great work team Front!
