Concertned about: privacy, have your calendar messed up, recurring tasks randomly missing, not being able to make a sleep schedule because it can't schedule over midnight appointment, and just taking so much time to set up, and you get locked into a software that you have to pay for, you can't easily switch back to your old calendar.
