I find the light mode abhorrent, if I'm being completely honest as does almost every single developer I've met. I think it comes down to who the audience is. If you're building for developers, prioritize the dark mode. Light mode could be a thing to add later. If you're building for the general crowd, starting with light mode is better. My only issue with doola (haven't used it for incorporation) seems to be the lack of transparency in the pricing.
