I’m a CRM and marketing analytics enthusiast who loves digging into customer behaviour and figuring out what actually makes people click, convert and come back. My background is in lifecycle marketing, experimentation and turning messy data into insights that help teams make smarter decisions. I spend a lot of time working with SQL, testing ideas through A/B experiments. I enjoy exploring how small changes in messaging, timing or user journeys can have a big impact on performance. On the side, I’m building CRM-AB-Buddy, a tool designed to make analysing CRM experiments a little easier. I’m always curious about new ways to blend marketing creativity with data-driven thinking.
