Most products are designed to win when you can't put them down. We're building Wyser to win when you need it less, which makes "engagement" a genuinely dangerous North Star for us.
For the founders/experts here: how do you measure success when the goal is for the user to outgrow you?
We've quantified everything about ourselves- steps, sleep, screen time, calories. But the one thing people keep trying to squash into a 1 5 mood score is the one thing a number quietly destroys. You can't average a feeling. Wyser started from that failure of the quantified-self era.
What's something you think is fundamentally un-trackable?
Every AI right now is being built to give you more- more output, more answers, more done. Wyser is the first thing we've built to deliberately give you less: it's trained not to offer advice.
Turns out the hardest thing to engineer in 2026 isn't intelligence. It's restraint, an AI that resists the urge to fix you and just helps you see yourself instead.
