I started nikolaTextla.com because my father and I run a family trucking business, everytime he sends me a BOL "scanned" with his phone or just in an image, I have to take the data out of it and I'm a human, I can make mistakes that can costs us thousands of dollars we don't have! So now I just submit his documents to nikolaTextla and get the markdown, json, or whatever format I like that day.
