Direct bookings are essential. But no hotels can get 80%+ of the capacity filled by direct bookings from day 1. Which CM will Hotelia cooperate with, or will the CM be built into the PMS? For the direct booking engine: Is it booking widget only, or also API kit that can be used for seemless integration into the CMS?
