ironGAINS app empowers concept of progress motivation. Progress motivation comes from feedback on training and realization of small wins. ironGAINS helps to push past trainee limits, break through plateau and gain power, strength and muscle.
The app is very straightforward, allowing you to create custom workouts in no time at all. During your workout, all you need to do is update the weight and reps you lift, mark each set as completed, and rest. Once the rest timer is up, the app will notify you.
