TabExtend
Absolutely love it! i have tried many extensions & apps to manage my chaos and nothing was satisfactory until i fcound tabextend and this is why: I work with a looooot of tabs and windows. when i open my laptop and get back to what i was working on yesterday, it's difficult to have an overview of the different projects and latest actions on those. I now use a conbination of TabExtend with Notion as my home page aka the only page i look at in the morning when i start. i then open the group of tabs of interest for my work (or perso) session, and setup reminders with other groups of tabs or individual tabs to move to another project at the right time. Organisation is clear, and visually clean with a satisfying Kanban view of all my projects.

What's great

Notion
I normally struggle with ADHD and especially organising my life and work. I used to have several apps for calendar, todo lists, work on projects, and would write reminders on another app, same for tasks etc. It was a mess and a massive source of anxiety. I have had Notion for a long time, but only recently decided to use it as my main workspace. It took me a bit of time to get used to it but now, all my previous notes, tasks and projects are neatly organised in Notion. I am not gonna lie, it was a bit of a challenge at first as i wouldnt stay focused long enough to use the platform correctly and it was difficult at first to find the right templates, move all my notes and get new habits (i still have much to do!). I am happy i continued trying as i can now find my projects easily, centralise all my tasks, share what i need to share, check one calendar only, etc. It helps me alleviate a lot of the stress and anxiety i used to feel because of my ADHD and how overwhelmed i would feel getting to my desk every morning trying to get organised! Thank you, i highly recommend it!
