This is awesome! Why write the SDK in Swift, though? Including any Swift code in an app causes the entire Swift runtime to be included in the app (which makes it larger and slower to download), so this is a tough pill to swallow for those of us who haven't adopted Swift yet. On the other hand, Objective-C APIs can be used from Swift just fine without any runtime cost.

I built the first version of DeskConnect at a hackathon in 2012 because there was no easy way to transfer stuff between my computer and my phone. @conradev, @nickfrey, and I think that the Apple Watch is going to open a new chapter in the wearable technology space and when Apple announced WatchKit, we knew Workflow would be an awesome fit. It's just so powerful to be able to create complex automations, or just simple shortcuts, and trigger them from a tap on your wrist. @conradev, @nickfrey, @vral, and I built Workflow because we wanted a better way to get things done on our iOS devices. We have a long way to go, but we're so excited to release the first version of the app to the world today. I can't wait to see what you do with it.
