I love this app so much! I’m Japanese and yes I had very poor sleep quality and short sleep. But ever since I started using this app im getting consistent sleep for more than 7 hours everyday. I want to and need to go to sleep along with the schedule in order to receive tokens and the cute NFTs❤️!
