We’ve been using Jet Admin to build internal tools and customer services, and it’s been a very smooth experience. The learning curve is low, even team members who aren’t engineers were able to get up and running quickly. We connected several external data sources (ex: Postgres DBs) to create a unified interface for managing records that replaced several disconnected workflows we’d been managing manually.
The support we've received from their team has been great. They’ve been incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or needed something custom (using their Jet Experts service). We asked for several enhancements we thought might be a stretch to deliver, and they custom-created the features within a few days. We have found their team to be both accessible and invested in making sure their product works well for our use case. We highly recommend and look forward to continuing to work with them.
