It helps that a mass of users are already there but the challenge is introducing a a new daily behavior on top of what they naturally come to the platform to do. Two great companies collaborating to solve a huge marketing problem - tracking transactional emails. Sendgrid created the awareness that transactional emails and blast emails were very separate. They built a great delivery system and their analytics were good but this takes it next level, setting the foundation for really great last click attribution and omnichannel customer tracking. Great job 👍

I'm totally going to try this out. I think Apple missed a huge opportunity not making a universal inbox. Maybe you guys succeeded
