For iOS and Android there are native Fastmail clients, but not for macOS. The web interface used by Fastmail is excellent. A web interface can not act like a native mail application. It can, for example, not handle email links. When you click on such a link it is the macOS Mail application that opens. That is not what we want. The developer is very responsive and always open for your suggestions.

For iOS and Android there are native clients, but not for macOS. The web interface used by FastMail is excellent. The one thing missing, is that the web interface cannot handle email links. FMail solves this.

FMail is an fastmail.com wrapper for macOS.
When you have installed FMail an email link will open the FMail client with all provided fields filled.
The Dock item will show a badge with the number of unread mails.
