We built this because salary transparency shouldn't require a blood sample. Unlike other sites, we don't need your email, your resume, your work history, or a 500-word review just to see a number.
Every submission is anonymous. We don't log IPs. We don't use cookies. We don't even have a users table because there are no users. Just salaries. Raw, unfiltered, unaveraged.
