Educator turned founder. I spent ~20 years teaching in higher ed: negotiation,HR, business ethics, and kept seeing the same gap: people finish courses and collect certificates, but none of it proves they can actually do the work. I'm building ArcProof to fix that: independent, evidence-based skill verification that shows what someone can really do, not just what they completed. Learn anywhere, prove it independently.
