This is really really cool. At Fluent we're really big on continuous user interviews (have over 50 hours of 1-1s currently). What we found was that the biggest problem is looking back at all of the text later and generating usable insights from the qualitative data. Doing it manually takes forever, and this type of feedback isn't as easy to sift as quantitative feedback like engagement numbers,...
