It has been a month they stole my money Terrible Experience – Avoid xParts and This Product I ordered a OnePlus 12 green back panel replacement from xParts after speaking with their pre-sales executive, Rahul Choudhary, who assured me that I'd get actual product images post-payment and a full refund if the quality wasn't up to mark. I paid ₹1984 in advance based on this promise. The images I received showed poor-quality, non-OEM parts—nowhere close to original. I immediately requested to cancel the shipment, but since then, I’ve been ignored, blocked, and completely shut out by their team despite multiple follow-ups via call and email. Even after speaking to a senior member, Akash Das Gupta, there was no resolution. Eventually, they responded by refusing a refund and falsely accusing me of misusing their support system. This is not just bad service—it feels like a scam. The company doesn’t honor its own promises, and their behavior is highly unprofessional. Avoid buying anything from xParts. Don’t fall for fake assurances. Once they get your money, you’re on your own.
