Hello everyone! My name is Gaspard and I just started my first internship at the start up Ponicode. Our goal is to be the perfect coding partner for every developper! Since the beginning of my internship, I worked hard and learned a lot about data science. But sometimes I want to do some other stuff like read or play the guitar. How do you manage to do all of that in just 24h? Do you have some tips to share? Or other fun activities you do to get away from coding?
I am deep diving into the core problems of meetings to find the best angle to attack them, and would like your perspective on that! Also, some related questions I ve had in my head for a while now:
- How do you capture key moments (e.g. decisions made or next actions) during the meeting? If it s note-taking, what do you use?
- Do you share a report after the meeting and if so, how do you share it?
- Do you use a dedicated tool (e.g. Jira, Todoist, whatever ) to track next actions? As a PM in my current company, I take notes of most meetings myself, then consolidate minutes of meetings and share on Slack/Notion. Pretty burdensome, and the next actions end up kind of buried in my notes Never a good way to hold people accountable Thanks a lot
I guess this question goes out to anyone who uses social media professionally/personally, but where do you get inspiration for post ideas? I love the flexible and creative space I'm offered through social media and enjoy getting immediate feedback from people, but struggle with how fast paced this space can be. It can be hard to post multiple times a day while maintaining your account quality. Any advice is appreciated!
Is there any structured way to socialize? I feel it is very difficult to keep up with everyone you want because you need a lot of time and context to make the puzzle work. Social media, messaging tools, etc. definitely are not helping.
