Honestly, I believe it can go 5+ years with how fast this field moves.

The job market abruptly ricocheted from a war for talent to layoffs becoming commonplace. All of us are either seeing as first hand or friends. What would you suggest to them? I will be collating the resources based on your comments & suggestions to get them back on the field.
