Every year, my co-founder and I dread the holiday card photo—it's impossible to get three kids and a cat to look at the camera at once. That's why we built this. The magic is in the multi-person merge: You literally upload five regular, separate photos, pick a theme (like "In a Snow Ball with Norman Rockwell style"), and the AI paints a perfect, unified scene.
