25 years in healthcare IT, working across project delivery, team leadership, and technical/database leadership — mostly in pharma, medtech, and other regulated environments where getting it wrong isn't an option. Spent a lot of that time watching good teams get slowed down by tools that weren't built for the way regulated work actually happens. Built ProjectVue to fix that — portfolio management, timelines, and compliance tracking in one place, without the tool sprawl. Outside of work, husband and father, and still learning that project management skills don't transfer nearly as well to family logistics as I'd hoped.
